Bald Eagle Coaching LLC was established in 2017 with a vision to revolutionize career transitions and leadership development. What started as a veteran-focused coaching initiative quickly evolved into a comprehensive service offering professional coaching, staffing solutions, and organizational consulting.

Dr. Ryan N. Schuler is the Founder and CEO of Bald Eagle Coaching LLC. A U.S. Army veteran, Ryan has dedicated his career to helping individuals navigate career transitions, develop leadership skills, and maximize their potential.
